Cancel your order before shipping

You can cancel your order yourself, immediately, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Fill in the form indicating the products you want to cancel along with your order number and your email address.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from your purchase, without needing to state a reason. You can start the return process from the same section of your account or contact us at maximiliano@maximilianojabugo.com.
