Cancellation policy

Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription. This cancellation policy sets out how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription length and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
You can do this by accessing your order through your purchase confirmation emails or from your customer account. You can manage your subscription from both locations.
