DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DOUBLE, TRIPLE X AND D.O.P.

It's very simple. It's the system we use to rate the quality of our hams depending on the vintage.

We deliberately avoid using terms like "pure acorn-fed Iberian" or "free-range." Nor do we specify breed percentages for our hams and shoulders.

Our priority has always been to produce the best possible ham for our customers.

Flavor, quality, and excellent, personalized service have always been our top priorities. As I mentioned before, our artisanal hams may not be for everyone.

You can try one of our hams and judge for yourself whether our signature ham or shoulder is of the highest quality. If it isn't, I promise to refund every last euro you paid us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE?

You'll have it at your home in less than 24 hours. It doesn't matter if it's your usual residence or the beach. We deliver everywhere. Monday to Friday.

If I order it sliced, how long do I have to consume the ham or cured meats?

You have 6 to 9 months to enjoy it from the moment you receive it. We slice the product and vacuum-pack it immediately. This way, it doesn't lose any flavor or aroma.

If you'd like to try it, you can create a selection of sliced products; you can try our products starting from €50.

WHICH SIDE DO I START THE HAM ON?

You'll receive the answer to that question along with the piece. Each ham and shoulder comes with a booklet detailing its vintage and recommendations for enjoying it. It also includes a "personal assistant" service.

IS IT BETTER WHOLE OR SLICED?

I'd be lying if I said it was the same. It's clear that freshly sliced ham isn't the same as vacuum-packed ham.

But what is true is that over time we've greatly improved our processes, and every day it gets closer to the original. In fact, we now maintain the flavor and aroma really well. We use a thermoforming machine that slices the ham and in seconds the slices are vacuum-sealed. The vacuum seal keeps the product perfect.

What customers tell me is that opening and enjoying the package is much more convenient than having the whole ham at home. It seems they value convenience more than the experience of slicing it themselves.
