If I order it sliced, how long do I have to consume the ham or cured meats?

You have 6 to 9 months to enjoy it from the moment you receive it. We slice the product and vacuum-pack it immediately. This way, it doesn't lose any flavor or aroma.

IS IT BETTER WHOLE OR SLICED?

I'd be lying if I said it was the same. It's clear that freshly sliced ​​ham isn't the same as vacuum-packed ham.

But what is true is that over time we've greatly improved our processes, and every day it gets closer to the original. In fact, we now maintain the flavor and aroma really well. We use a thermoforming machine that slices the ham and in seconds the slices are vacuum-sealed. The vacuum seal keeps the product perfect.

What customers tell me is that opening and enjoying the package is much more convenient than having the whole ham at home. It seems they value convenience more than the experience of slicing it themselves.
